CONTEXT
Women Connect is a platform linking female mentees with mentors for career guidance, job search support, and community networking. It also helps companies find women candidates for tech roles.
Problem
Changing careers, especially for women in tech, is challenging without mentorship. Lack of guidance, language barriers, and limited access to networks make career transitions harder, hindering growth.
Goal
The goal is to create a platform that connects female mentees with mentors for career guidance, job search support, and community building, empowering women to thrive in tech and other industries.
